Whether it’s an anniversary, birthday party, engagement dinner, rehearsal dinner, business launch, or any milestone gathering, this collection delivers radiant, timeless images that preserve your memories beautifully. You’ll receive every single image hand-edited with care- no need to pick favorites. INCLUDED: • Up to 2 hours of event coverage at your chosen location • 100+ fully hand-edited high-resolution images • Every usable image included with print rights — no selections required • 14-day gallery delivery • Friendly, professional guidance to help your event flow naturally • Travel within Napa Valley, Sonoma, and surrounding Bay Area included *additional coverage available in 30-minute increments for $150 to make sure no special moment is missed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Your date isn’t officially secured just yet. To make it official, a non-refundable $250 retainer and a signed contract are both required. Once I receive your booking request, I’ll email you the contract for review and signature. The retainer can be sent via Zelle or Apple Pay to (707) 563-4416. For Zelle payments, please ensure “Gwendolyn Sampson” is listed as the recipient. To hold your date, the retainer must be received within 48 hours. If it is not received in time, the date will be released back to the public calendar. Once your payment and signed contract are received, I’ll send over your booking confirmation and you’re officially on my calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your session or event date. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Life happens, and I get it! You are welcome to reschedule your session or event once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. Image Delivery & Editing: Your gallery will be delivered by email through an easy-to-navigate online platform, giving you access to high-resolution downloads and full printing rights. Each image will be professionally and lovingly edited in my signature bold and warm style to help you relive every moment. Please note that client edits, filters, or alterations to gallery images are not permitted. I pour my heart into every gallery to ensure a cohesive, heartfelt look that reflects my artistry. Additional retouching for stray hairs, blemishes, bruises, or birthmarks can be provided for an extra fee per image. RAW images will not be delivered under any circumstances. When sharing your photos online, please tag me. Some of your beautiful moments may be featured on my social media or website unless you request privacy before your session or event. Liability: By paying your non-refundable retainer, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here as well as in your signed contract. I am not liable for any claim, loss, damage, or injury related to my services.
