Designed for intimate weddings and small ceremonies with 25 guests or fewer in Napa Valley, Sonoma, and surrounding Bay Area. This collection delivers stunning emotive coverage with a tailored and curated experience focused on your unique connection. Additional hours of coverage can be added as needed to fit your day perfectly. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Your wedding date isn’t officially secured just yet. To make it official, a non-refundable retainer of $1,000 and a signed contract are both required. Once your booking request is received, I’ll email you the contract for review and signature. The retainer can be sent via Zelle or Apple Pay to (707) 563-4416. For Zelle payments, please ensure "Gwendolyn Sampson" is listed as the recipient. To hold your date, the retainer must be received within 48 hours. If it is not received in time, the date will be released back to the public calendar. Once I receive your payment and contract, I’ll send over a confirmation and you’re officially booked. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day. Cancellation & Rescheduling: I completely understand that life happens. You are welcome to reschedule one time with at least two weeks’ notice prior to your event date. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. Image Delivery & Editing: Your gorgeous wedding gallery will be delivered by email via an easy-to-navigate online platform. You’ll have access to high-resolution downloads and full printing rights. Each image will be lovingly and professionally edited in my signature bold and warm style, designed to help you relive every emotion of your day. Client editing, filters, or alterations to your gallery images are not permitted. I pour my heart into every gallery to ensure a cohesive, heartfelt look that reflects my artistry. If you’d like additional retouching for things like stray hairs, blemishes, bruises, or birthmarks, I'm happy to provide those services for an additional fee per image. Please note: RAW images will not be delivered under any circumstances. When sharing your photos online, please tag me and avoid using any filters or edits. Some of your beautiful moments may be featured on my social media or website. If you’d prefer to keep your images private, just let me know before your event. Liability: By paying your non-refundable retainer, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here as well as the contract you will be sent after booking. I am not liable for any claim, loss, damage, or injury related to my services.
